As Vice-President for the Commercial Division, Mark manages Coldwell Banker Commercial Sales and Leasing. Mark graduated from North Dakota State University in Business Economics and began work in commercial real estate in 1976. He has been with Coldwell banker since 1988. Mark is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and a CPM (Certified Property Manager). Both designations are given by the National Association of Realtors upon completions of a series of coursework, demonstration reports, documented transaction and comprehensive exams
Mark currently serves on the National Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board. His business concentration deals with innovative land and property use. He is experience in site selection, development, leasing, property management, brokerage, and investment counseling.
